Refund Policy

14-Day Free Trial

Every OneHub360 plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We collect a payment card when you sign up, but you are not charged during the trial. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

Subscriptions and Renewals

When your 14-day trial ends, your selected plan automatically renews each month at the listed price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods or unused time. Because you have a full 14-day trial before any charge, we ask that you evaluate the Service during the trial.

If you were charged in error, charged after a timely cancellation, or experienced a material failure of the Service that we could not resolve, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review your situation in good faith. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How to Cancel

Cancel any time from your billing settings inside the app, or by contacting support through the in-app help widget. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
