Three brands, one OneHub360 account.
Mixmastered is the umbrella for three Chicago music brands: Mixmastered Studios (recording), Mixmastered Records (independent label), and Mixmaster Throwdown (events). They all run from a single OneHub360 account — separate pipelines, separate inboxes, shared contact graph, one login.
The problem
Three brands meant three of everything.
Each brand had its own spreadsheet, its own email inbox, its own ad-hoc contact list. An artist who tracked a record at the studio AND released on the label AND played a Throwdown event existed three times — once per silo. Cross-brand visibility was zero.
For brand owners running parallel businesses, this is the hidden tax: every system change has to happen three times, every report has to be reconciled three times, and the person who knows where any given contact lives is usually the only person who knows.
What we built
Three brands managed from one console.
Three brands, one login.
Mixmastered Studios, Mixmastered Records, and Mixmaster Throwdown each have their own pipeline, inbox, and brand identity inside OneHub360. Switch between them with a single click. No separate tools, no separate logins, no copy-paste tax.
Cross-brand contact search.
An artist who recorded at the studio AND released on the label can be found from either brand view. Stop maintaining the same person in two spreadsheets and stop asking "have we worked with them before?"
HAL surfaces the picture across all three.
"What's the Throwdown event pipeline this quarter?" gets answered without opening a dashboard. Claude — connected via the OneHub360 MCP — can pull data across all three brands from a single prompt.
Native multi-business, not a workaround.
OneHub360 was built with multi-business support from day one. Each brand has its own settings, branding, pipeline stages, and team — but the contact graph and the platform itself are shared.

Honest about what this is
Multi-business is shipped. Cross-brand dedup is on the roadmap.
Multi-business is live in OH360 — you can run multiple businesses under one account and switch between them. Cross-business contact deduplication is on the roadmap, not yet shipped.
