The problem

Relationships were everywhere. The system was nowhere.

The relationship management problem at the personal-brand level isn't scale, it's scatter. Everyone was in email or LinkedIn. Follow-ups happened when someone got remembered. Speaking inquiries hit the inbox and either got answered fast or never. There was no system to notice the deal that had been quiet for three weeks.
