FAQ

What teams ask the first time they look at switching.

Will my contacts come over?

Yes. Export contacts.csv from HubSpot, drop it into Settings, Migrations, CSV. The importer matches name, email, phone, company, owner, lifecycle stage, and any custom properties. Re-runs are idempotent on email, so accidental double-imports do not duplicate records.

What about my email sequences?

HubSpot sequences do not export cleanly. Plan to rebuild them in OneHub360. Most teams keep two or three high-performing sequences and drop the rest. OneHub360 sequences are simpler than HubSpot workflows, which is fine for most cases and a real gap if you depend on advanced branching.

Can I run them in parallel during cutover?

Yes. The 14-day OneHub360 trial overlaps with your HubSpot subscription. Most teams import contacts on day one, mirror the pipeline by day three, and cut Gmail over by day seven. You keep HubSpot live as a read-only fallback for two more weeks, then cancel.

Do I keep my HubSpot tracking pixel?

No. You swap the HubSpot tracking script for the OneHub360 one. Same pattern, one snippet in the site head. OneHub360 captures sessions with rrweb, which is something HubSpot does not have natively.

What about my landing pages?

OneHub360 does not host marketing landing pages. If your landing pages live on HubSpot CMS today, keep them on HubSpot or move them to a static host like Webflow, Framer, or Next.js. Your forms can post to OneHub360 over HTTPS and create contacts directly.
