The problem
Practice management software was built for big firms. The tools for small firms were toys.
Enterprise legal software costs more than the matter and demands a paralegal to operate. The free or low-cost alternatives don’t handle conflict checks properly, don’t scale across matters, and treat client communications as an afterthought. New inquiry, conflict-cleared, retainer signed, active matter, closed. Each matter carries its own deal record with documents, communications, deadlines, and notes attached. Stale matters surface; active ones stay visible.
Confidentiality preserved end to end.
OneHub360 runs on the same private infrastructure as the rest of the portfolio — encrypted at rest, access-controlled, audit-logged. Matter records never leak outside their assigned attorney without explicit permission.
Retainers and time-billing through Stripe.
Trust account retainers, hourly invoicing, and flat-fee matter billing all run from OneHub360. Payments record against the matter record. Reconciliation lives where the work lives, not in a separate accounting tab.
