The problem
Custom orders lived in five different tools.
A custom $1,500 to $5,000 build is a multi-week conversation. Spec gathering happened in email. Quotes lived in a Word doc. Deposits ran through PayPal. Fabrication scheduling was a notebook in the shop. Customer status updates went out as one-off texts.
Every handoff was a chance to lose a measurement, miss a deposit, or skip a status update. The customer experience and the production schedule both paid the cost.

Each custom configuration gets priced against the actual cut-list, hardware, finish, and labor schedule. The quote ships from OneHub360 as a PDF the buyer can sign electronically. Approved quotes auto-create a deal and a fabrication ticket.
Fabrication routes through Lean Print Shop.
Approved orders flow to the production calendar at the Chicago shop. CNC cuts, hardware pulls, and finish queue all live next to the deal record. Status updates push back to the customer timeline automatically.
Stripe deposits and balance billing close the loop.
A signed quote triggers a 50% deposit invoice from OneHub360 with Stripe baked in. Balance bills on completion. No invoicing app, no separate Stripe dashboard, no reconciliation between platforms.
